Intellectual Property Rights – Takamol Academy
Intellectual property (IP) refers to creations of the human mind, such as inventions, literary and artistic works, designs, logos, names, and images used in commerce. These rights are legally protected through various systems such as patents, copyrights, and trademarks, with the purpose of enabling individuals and entities to gain recognition or fair financial returns for their innovations. The intellectual property framework seeks to establish a fair balance between the interests of innovators and the public, thereby fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
At Takamol Academy, we are fully committed to the principles of intellectual property, copyright laws, and all related regulations issued by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property.
