Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Training Programs

In the event of a refund request, eligibility will first be verified, and the refund process will take up to 10 business days through bank transfers.

1. Cancellation or Withdrawal 48 Hours Before the Training Program

  • The trainee has the right to cancel or withdraw from the training program at least 48 hours before its scheduled start.
  • The withdrawal request must be submitted via an official, verifiable email; any other method will not be accepted.
  • The paid amount will not be refunded in cash; instead, it will be credited to the trainee’s e-wallet for use during the current fiscal year.

2. Cancellation or Withdrawal 24 Hours Before the Training Program

  • If cancellation or withdrawal occurs at least 24 hours before the training program, 50% of the program fees will be deducted.
  • The withdrawal request must be submitted via an official, verifiable email; any other method will not be accepted.
  • The remaining amount will not be refunded in cash but will be credited to the trainee’s e-wallet for use during the current fiscal year.

3. Cancellation or Withdrawal Within 24 Hours

  • If the trainee withdraws within less than 24 hours before the program, the fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Trainee No-Show

  • If the trainee does not attend the training program, they are not entitled to a refund of registration fees or rescheduling to another program.

5. Program Cancellation by Takamol Academy

If the training program is canceled by Takamol Academy at least 5 days before its scheduled start, the trainee is entitled to one of the following options:

  • Have the paid amount credited to their e-wallet for use before the end of the 2025 fiscal year.
  • Request a refund to the bank account from which the payment was made, within 10 business days.

Note

The e-wallet balance can be used to register for other training programs, with any price difference to be covered by the trainee, before the end of the 2025 fiscal year.
